A number of years ago I was offered $500,000 to be put into the invention. The investor wanted 80% equity. This put the valuation of the company at $625,000. We never came to an agreement but considering his evaluation and what I have learned since then, I am putting a pre-revenue valuation on the company of $1,000,000.
